Franchise Disciplinary Action Review Process
Last updated April 23, 2025When the WhoYaGonnaCall.org admin team is aware that a franchise or member of a franchise is in violation of any rule laid out in the franchise guidelines, the Franchise Review Process will be initiated.
- An internal discussion with the WhoYaGonnaCall.org admin team will take place. The team will discuss the severity of the violation, whether to discuss the issue with those in violation, and any other aspect they deem necessary to make a decision about the franchise's status as active on the WhoYaGonnaCall.org website.
- The WhoYaGonnaCall.org admin team votes whether to suspend the franchise from the database. Majority wins.
- If the franchise is suspended, their entry is deactivated from the WhoYaGonnaCall.org website for a specified time period based on severity of the infraction. The franchise is made aware of the suspension via the e-mail on their entry and which guidelines they are in violation of.
- After the suspension is over, the WhoYaGonnaCall.org admin team will revisit the topic in whatever way they deem appropriate.
- The admin team will vote whether to end the suspension, extend the suspension, or permanently remove the franchise from the WhoYaGonnaCall.org website. Majority wins.
- The franchise will be notified of the WhoYaGonnaCall.org admin team's decision.
If at any point in the Franchise Review Process the franchise in violation of the guidelines wishes to appeal, they may e-mail whoyagonnacall.org@gmail.com and make their case. The burden of proof that they are not in violation of the guidelines falls on the franchise. The WhoYaGonnaCall.org admin team will review internally and respond when they can.
